		<description>When ArvinMeritor approached Genesis to help them spin-off their light vehicle division, the web became a strategic communication to introduce the new company.

Flash navigation on the homepage and additional interactive portals were integrated throughout the html to enrich the experience without hindering access to pertinent information.

The spin-off was called off mid recession, however some of the base intent is now used on arvinmeritor.com

USB sticks with encrypted access to a site featuring unique giveaways and offers were distributed to 10,000 people throughout Colorado. 

The test site received great participation and helped improve brand perception leading into Qwest’s merger with CenturyLink.
